1 : Do you allow pick up of items?

We do not allow client’s pick up. We deliver and retrieve our items ourselves.

2 : Can I get a discount on my order?

Our charges are fixed and non-negotiable. However, we offer discounts on rental items about N600,000

3 : Why do you charge refundable deposits?

We charge refundable deposits to ensure that our items are handled with utmost care and returned in good condition.

4 : What is the rental period of your items?

We offer a 24 hour rental service. Should you need the items longer we will issue a separate invoice for additional days.

5 : Can I make payment now and get my items immediately?

Payment are made within a day or two to your event date to enable us prioritize your order and avoid late delivery.

6 :Do you deliver and set up outside Lagos?

Yes we deliver and set up outside Lagos.

7 : When do I get my refundable deposit back?

Refundable deposits are processed within a week after your event date.

8 : Do you allow a mixture of your items with other rental companies.

No we don’t to avoid loss or mix up of our items.

9 : If I cancel my order after payment can I get a refund?

We do not refund payment for confirmed orders in the change of event or cancellation. Instead we the payment is kept on credit in your account pending when you have your next event.
